My paintings concentrate on contemporary interpretations of natural landscapes. From growing up in the countryside of Connecticut, to hiking the past 30 years in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountain range of California, nature has always been a source of inspiration for my photography as well as my painting.

I work on large stretched canvases, with acrylic and mixed media. I told a friend the other day, how I actually love to dream about color. No image, no message, I just love to dream about different color combinations, and usually can’t wait to get in the studio to experiment.
